What this is
Amevoli composes keepsakes from photos and short answers you provide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. [REVIEW: controller identity, address and contact]
What we collect
Photos you upload, the names and answers you type, the occasion and language you choose, technical data needed to run the service (such as IP address for abuse prevention), and, if you buy or ask for a link, your email address. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Why we use it
Only to compose your story, deliver it to you, take payment, send you links you asked for, prevent abuse and keep the service working. We do not use your photos or words for advertising, public examples, or to train models. Text generation providers process your answers only to write your story. [REVIEW: list processors]
How long we keep it
Projects that aren't unlocked are deleted automatically after 30 days. Unlocked stories, and their share link, are kept for as long as the service exists; you can always come back for downloads. You can delete a project yourself at any time from its page; deletion removes photos, generated files and answers immediately.
Your rights

Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember which stories are yours and one to remember your language. We don't use advertising cookies.
Children
The service is for adults. Don't upload photos of people who haven't agreed to it.
